Joined Honda in 2011. Manages launch of new models and measures for preventing bacterial contamination of water-based cutting fluids. Prepared materials on the present project and gave presentations at the Honda Green Conferences.

Joined Honda in 1983. Has always been involved in gear manufacturing operations ever since. As leader of the Engineering Group, assesses new technologies, installs new machinery, and manages launch of new models.
Yoshiharu Kinpara
Manager, Senior Staff Engineer, Gear Machining Department, Transmission Plant, Hamamatsu Factory
Joined Honda in 1989. Gained experience in the heat treatment field of gear manufacturing before assuming his current position, where he manages the entire gear manufacturing process as module manager.
Shinya Kawade
Engineering Group, Gear Machining Department, Transmission Plant, Hamamatsu Factory
Joined Honda in 2005. Gained experience in the machining of gear shafts for automobile transmissions and then switched to engineering staff work before becoming production team leader for the gear honing process (gear surface finishing).
Susumu Ozawa
Engineering Group, Gear Machining Department, Transmission Plant, Hamamatsu Factory
After joining Honda in 2004, worked in gear cutting, served as a production line process trainer, and now works as a part of the engineering staff.
Yoshimasa Fujita
Staff Engineer, Gear Machining Department, Transmission Plant, Hamamatsu Factory
Joined Honda in 1975. Was transferred from Hamamatsu Factory to Kumamoto Factory and back to Hamamatsu Factory again. Currently manages environmental performance, energy conservation, and machinery reliability technologies.
