Purchasing

Many of the parts that make up Honda products are purchased from suppliers. To reduce environmental impacts at every stage in the life cycles of our products, we need to work together with suppliers in the purchasing domain, the area of our operations where we procure materials and parts. We created the Honda Green Purchasing Guidelines to direct us in this effort, and by sharing and implementing these guidelines with suppliers, we will strive to reduce environmental impacts across product life cycles.
