| World Motocross Championship 250cc, Round 9, Belgium Bolley Gains Second Pole Position, Finishes Race in 7th |
|
Round 9 was held at the famous public highway Namur circuit. Bolley registered a
fastest qualifying time in the middle of the session, and then reduced it further on the
last lap to take pole position for the second time this season. In the race itself, he
managed to move up the field from 7th position on lap 1 to 3rd position by lap 5, but he
lost traction in the middle of the race and couldn't sustain this pace. Gradually he
slipped back down the field and finished in 7th place.
