Since it first participated in the 1954 Isle of Man TT motorcycle races, Honda has involved itself in a wide range of motor sports. There is something about motor racing that grabs the imagination of almost everyone, and taking up the challenge of motor sports forces us to test our abilities under demanding conditions, and constantly improve our technologies and expertise, a process that in time bears fruit in the form of major breakthroughs.
