IndyCar Series Round 11: Edmonton

Round 11:

Qualifying: July 24, 2010
Race Day: July 25, 2010
Country: Canada
Lap Distance (Mile): 1.973
A late-race restart, teammates battling for victory and a ‘blocking’ call from race officials combined to produce an unlikely finish to the Honda Indy Edmonton, with Target Chip Ganassi Racing’s Scott Dixon passing Team Penske’s Will Power in a multi-car scrum on a restart with just two laps remaining.
Defending Honda Indy Edmonton race winner Will Power continues to dominate IZOD IndyCar Series action at the City Centre Airport, as the Team Penske driver repeated his pole qualifying performance of 2009 and will once again lead the 25-car field to the green flag in Sunday’s 95-lap race.
