The engine realizes exceptional power due to the large 1,800 cc displacement, and the smooth riding characteristic of a horizontally opposed six-cylinder engine. The PGM-FI electronically controlled fuel injection device brings about quick response performance covering all rpm ranges and smooth output characteristics.
Plentiful footroom is ensured by placing both a dual side radiator on the left and right of the engine for superior effectiveness and a set of parallel intake and exhaust valves, directly activated by a lifter, on top of the combustion chamber. We also adopted an automatic adjustment silent cam chain for longer maintenance intervals.
