2008 Honda Formula One World Championship Racing Structure

March 10, 2008 - Honda Motor Co., Ltd. announced that it will continue its participation in the Formula One World Championship again this year, as the Honda Racing F1 Team. Honda will also provide the SUPER AGURI F1 TEAM with engines, parts, and support as a technical partner.

2008 Honda Formula One Engine

Type: 2.4 L V8, naturally aspirated
Features: The engine has been further optimized with the introduction of the regulation ECU and the elimination of traction control following the 2008 revisions to the FIA regulations. The engine achieves a high-level balance of reliability and improved drivability thanks to its flat torque characteristics.
