Geneva, Switzerland, March 5, 2009 - ASIMO met Hans-Rudolf Merz, President of the Swiss Confederation, at the Honda stand at the Geneva Motor Show. After hearing a short explanation about the new Insight Hybrid, which is being launched to Europe at the Show, President Merz and ASIMO shook hands in front of a crowd of press photographers.

Whilst on the stand President Merz was also greeted by Claude Sage, Chairman of Honda Automobiles Suisse S.A. (HASSA), Makoto Taguchi, President of HASSA and François Launaz, Country Head of HASSA.
