ASIMO welcomed the King of Spain, Juan Carlos 1, to the Honda booth at the opening ceremony of the Madrid Motor Show (held between 20th and 30th May). ASIMO offered congratulations, as a representative of Honda, to Prince Astorius and Leticia Ortis on the occasion of their marriage on the subsequent Saturday, 22nd May.

During the course of the motor show, ASIMO performed four times a day during the Entertaining Interactive Performance, and appeared on stage alongside the new Honda Jazz CVT.
